A Killer Paradox – Plot (What is it About?)
A Killer Paradox explores themes of justice and morality through two lead characters Lee Tang and Jang Nam-gam. The story of the series revolves around an ordinary man who doesn’t fight back against injustice even if it is happening to him but on an unfortunate night when a man mercilessly abuses him, he accidently kills him. The investigation of the murder is handled by a relentless officer who suspects Lee Tang from the beginning and just as Lee Tang is about to turn himself in, a piece of very important information comes to light and changes his perspective on the whole matter.
Lee Tang finds out that the man he murdered was an evil serial killer and now his personality begins to change from a frightened ordinary man to a merciless killer of evildoers. This change doesn’t go unnoticed by the detective as he pursues Lee Tang’s every move to catch him and bring him to justice, but the real question Netflix is trying to ask is whether Lee Tang is a hero who needs to be appreciated or a common murderer who needs to be put on trial.
