Netflix suffered a major blow as some of its most anticipated shows have been leaked online due to a disastrous data breach. Among all of the leaks are the first five episodes of the highly anticipated second season of Arcane.
The Netflix anime series initially came out with its first season in 2021 and the fans have been waiting for nearly three years for the second season to come out now some footage from the first five episodes of the much-awaited series has been leaked online in poor quality. Ironically, the studio said their desire to focus on quality was the reason for such a long wait between the two seasons.
Arcane fans had recently heard that their favorite series will be coming back in November for its second and final season, but these poor-quality leaks have forced them to dodge spoilers for a few months. The upcoming season will consist of nine episodes in total, so there are still four episodes that haven’t been ruined yet, at least that’s something.
Created by Christian Linke and Alex Yee, the adult animated steampunk action-adventure series is set in the world of the popular multiplayer online battle arena video game League of Legends developed by Riot Games, and it shows the origin story of two of its most iconic League champions.
