Marvel Cinematic Universe’s latest film Eternals is coming to Disney+. The streaming giant announced that MCU’s new film will be available to stream on the streaming service on January 12, 2021.

Eternals will be the fourteenth Marvel Cinematic Universe film on Disney+, some of the MCU films are now streaming on Disney+ as IMAX Enhanced versions. The other MCU films that got the IMAX Enhanced version include Iron Man (2008), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Thor Ragnarok (2017), Black Panther (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019), Black Widow (2021) and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021).

Eternals tells the story of a group of heroes called Eternals who are from beyond the stars and have been given the duty of protecting the Earth from monstrous creatures called Deviants. When everybody thought they are lost in history, Deviants mysteriously return to attack the earth, which makes the Eternals regroup to fight against them.

Eternals is directed by Academy Award winner Chloe Zhao (Nomadland), who also co-wrote the film with Patrick Burleigh, Ryan Firpo, and Kaz Firpo. The film stars Richard Madden as Ikaris, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Kit Harrington as Dane Whitman, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, and Barry Keoghan as Druig.

Eternals will be available to stream on Disney+ on January 12, 2021.
