Are you excited about The Batman sequel? Well, so am I but until that comes out we have a spin-off series focusing on the rise of crime boss Penguin. Created by Lauren LeFranc, the gangster crime drama series is based on the DC Comics character of the same name created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.
The Penguin is set a few weeks after the events of The Batman and it follows the story of Oswald “Oz” Cobb aka Penguin who has an ambition to take over the Gotham criminal gangs. He gets his chance soon when Carmine Falcone dies but the only thing standing in his way is Carmine’s psychotic daughter Sofia Falcone.
