Law & Order Revival Casts Odelya Halevi as a Series Regular

NBC’s revival of the hit series Law & Order has cast Good Trouble’s Odelya Halevi as a series regular, as reported by Deadline. She will be playing the role of Assistant District Attorney Samantha Maroun in the upcoming Season 21 which is set to premiere on Thursday, February 24.

Halevi will be the next ADA in the long line of female ADA’s on the long-running series Law & Order. The previous actresses who played an ADA in previous seasons are Jill Hennessy, Carey Lowell, Angie Harmon, Elisabeth Elisabeth Röhm, Annie Parisse, and, most recently, Alana de la Garza. la Garza is now starring in Dick Wolf‘s FBI.

Halevi will be joining the previously announced cast which includes Jeffrey Donovan, who will play an NYPD detective, Hugh Dancy, as an ADA, and Camryn Manheim will be taking on the role of Lt. Kate Dixon. Anthony Anderson will be reprising his role of Detective Kevin Bernard with Sam Waterston currently in negotiation to reprise his role of DA Jack McCoy in the upcoming season.

Halevi recently appeared in the Freeform series Good Trouble, and she also appeared in the Prime Video series Good Girls Revolt. She also appeared in shows like New Girl, Mike and Molly, Midnight Texas, NCIS, MacGyver, and Why Women Kill. She will also appear in the upcoming DC film Black Adam starring Dwayne Johnson.

Law & Order will be premiering on NBC on February 24, 2022.
