If you love the British banter, thrilling drama, and loads of brutality in your TV shows, then Paramount+’s latest gangster drama series, MobLand, might just be what you are looking for. Created by Top Boy‘s Ronan Bennett, MobLand has the exact amount of Ritchiesms that crime drama fans love, as Guy Ritchie himself has directed some of the episodes in the series.
MobLand is set in London, and it follows Harry Da Souza, a professional criminal fixer who works for the Harrigan crime family. The Harrigan suddenly finds themselves in the middle of a gang war with their rival Stevenson crime family because of a missing boy. Now, it’s up to Harry to save himself and his employers from the eventual fallout that will claim several lives.
