Netflix is bringing some of their popular shows’ highly-anticipated new seasons and a legacy sequel that will not disappoint in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F this July. This month, Netflix subscribers will be entertained, and that’s a guarantee as the final season of Vikings: Valhalla and Cobra Kai lands. If you are in the mood for a dark and post-apocalyptic story, don’t miss the third season of Sweet Home. So, here are the very best new movies and TV shows coming to Netflix in July 2024.

Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F (July 3, 2024)

Eddie Murphy is back with one of his most iconic characters ever in Netflix’s upcoming film Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. Directed by Mark Molloy from a screenplay by Will Beall, Tom Gormican, and Kevin Etten, the Netflix action-comedy film follows an aging Axel Foley, who still hasn’t slowed with his antics as he goes back once again to Beverly Hills after his daughter’s life is threatened. After getting there, Axel teams up with a new Beverly Hills detective and his old pals to catch some dangerous people working within the police system. Alongside Murphy, we also see the return of Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser, and Bronson Pinchot. The team’s new cast members are Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kevin Bacon, and Taylour Paige.

Vanished into the Night (July 11, 2024)

Vanished into the Night is a thriller drama film directed by Renata De Maria from a screenplay by Patxi Amézcua, Alejo Flah, Luca Infascelli, and Francesca Marciano. The Netflix film follows the story of a father and mother going through a divorce when their children suddenly disappear from their remote country house. Vanished into the Night stars Riccardo Scamarcio and Annabelle Wallis in the lead roles, Massimiliano Gallo, Gerhard Koloneci, Radu Murarasu, Bruno Ricci, and Elena Riccardi starring in supporting roles.

Vikings: Valhalla Season 3 (July 11, 2024)

Vikings: Valhalla is returning for its third and final chapter, which promises to turn our heroes into legends. Created by Jeb Stuart, the Netflix series will continue the story of our heroes as they search for a new Viking home, but before they do that, they must go back to where it all started for one final battle. Vikings: Valhalla stars Sam Corlett, Leo Suter, Frida Gustavsson, David Oakes, Bradley Freegard, Pollyanna McIntosh, Sofya Lebedeva, and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson.

Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 1 (July 18, 2024)

Cobra Kai is also coming back for one last battle before it takes a bow, but the final season of the beloved series has been divided into three parts, with the first one coming out this July. Created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg, the final season of the Netflix martial arts comedy-drama series will see our characters getting ready to compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world karate championships. Cobra Kai Season 6 stars Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Xolo Maridueña, Martin Kove, Tanner Buchanan, Jacob Bertrand, Peyton List, Mary Mouser, Courtney Henggeler, Gianni DeCenzo, Vanessa Rubio, and Yuji Okumoto.

Find Me Falling (July 19, 2024)

Find Me Falling is a romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Stelana Kliris. The Netflix film follows the story of a rock star who heads to a cliffside home in Cyprus after his comeback album fails. There, he meets many interesting locals and also the ones who got away. Find Me Falling stars Harry Connick Jr. in the lead role, with Agni Scott, Ali Fumiko Whitney, Mira Sorvino, Clarence Smith, and Christodoulos Martas starring in supporting roles.

Sweet Home Season 3 (July 19, 2024)

The highly anticipated upcoming season of the popular post-apocalyptic Korean series Sweet Home will show us humanity rebuilding civilization after the threat of monsterization ends, but the people in between will be in real danger now. Based on the Naver webtoon of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan, the Netflix series stars Song Kang, Lee Jin-uk, Lee Si-young, Go Min-si, Kim Guk-hee, Kim Si-Ah, Lee Do-hyun, and Kang Seung-wan.

The Decameron Season 1 (July 25, 2024)

The Decameron is a medieval black comedy series created by Kathleen Jordan. Based on a 14th century short-story collection of the same name by Giovanni Boccaccio, the Netflix series is set in 1348 as the Black Death takes over Florence. In this dire time, some nobles and their servants retreat to the countryside of Villa Santa. While in the beginning it is all party and sex, but soon a twist of fate puts them all into a fight for survival. The Decameron stars Zosia Mamet, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Tanya Reynolds, Amar Chadha-Patel, Leila Farzad, Lou Gala, Karan Gill, Tony Hale, Douggie McMeekin, and Jessica Plummer.
