For all the murder mystery fans out there we bring good tidings as Hulu has just renewed its brilliant murder mystery comedy-drama series Only Murders in the Building for Season 5. Created by Steve Martin and John Hoffman, Only Murders in the Building is currently airing its Season 4 episodes leading up to the finale on October 29, 2024.
While the renewal from Hulu comes as no surprise, but renewing the murder mystery comedy-drama series before Season 4 had even completely aired shows the Disney-owned streaming service’s confidence in Only Murders in the Building and that might be because of the 21 Emmy nominations that Season 3 got.

Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building continues the story of the main trio Charles-Haden Savage, Oliver Putnam, and Mabel Mora as they try to deal with the explosive events from the Season 3 finale and it will also see the trio going to Hollywood to discuss a movie adaptation of their beloved podcast.
While there are no cast announcements for Season 5 yet as it was just announced. Season 4 sees the original trio Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Selena Gomez returning to reprise their respective roles alongside Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Michael Cyril Creighton. The new actors joining the series in Season 4 are Molly Shannon, Eva Longoria, Eugene Levy, Zack Galifianakis, Richard Kind, Kumail Nanjiani, Melissa McCarthy, Desmin Borges, Siena Werber, Lilian Rebelo, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Catherine Cohen, and Jin Ha.
