Guy Ritchie‘s hit Netflix series The Gentlemen has been picked up for a second season by the streaming service. Starring Theo James and Kaya Scodelario in the lead roles, the brilliant crime comedy-drama series will return with both of its leads alongside the director of the series Ritchie.
The Gentlemen’s first season follows the story of aristocrat Eddie Horniman as he comes home to meet his dying father and ends up inheriting his estate and title. He soon discovers that the title comes with a criminal weed operation running under his estate. To remove all the criminal activities from his estate he agrees to do some unsavory things for drug empire heiress Susie Glass.

More cast announcements will be coming our way when Season 2 begins production next year. Until then the return of James and Scodelario has been confirmed in their leading roles of Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass alongside Daniel Ings as Eddie’s brother Freddy, Joely Richardson as Lady Sabrina, Chanel Cresswell as Tammy, and Vinnie Jones as Geoff Seacombe.
