Trying is back with an all-new season of parenting and feel-good fun. Created by Andy Wolton, the Apple TV+ comedy-drama series is all set to return for its much-anticipated fourth season, and the fans of the series will have a very different experience this season compared to its previous seasons.
Season 4 will take a six-year time jump as Nikki and Jason have built a lovely nuclear family with their adoptive children, Princess and Tyler. Now, the couple will have to face the dreaded teenage years of their children as their parenting skills are challenged every step of the way. Trying Season 4 – Cast & Character (Who Is In It & Who Are They Playing?)
Trying Season 4 will see the return of Esther Smith and Rafe Spall in the lead roles of Nikki and Jason. The other returning cast members include Sian Brooke as Karen, Darren Boyd as Scott, Oliver Chris as Freddy, Phil Davis as Victor Ross, Marian McLoughlin as Jilly Newman, Roderick Smith as John Newman, Paula Wilcox as Sandra Ross, and Karl Collins as Noah. Due to the six-year time jump, actors Eden Togwell and Mickey McAnulty, who played the roles of Princess and Tyler, have been replaced by Scarlett Rayner and Cooper Turner.
