Dale from a screenplay co-written by Will Honley and April Maguire, the Megan Fox film blends the popular killer robot genre with a tinge of eroticism like Wifelike and it seems to be working in favor of the film as it is garnering attention worldwide after its VOD release.
Subservience follows the story of Nick, a struggling father as he buys a lifelike AI android named Alice to help around the house after his wife falls sick but he soon realizes that Alice is becoming self-aware and could become a danger to his family.

Subservience didn’t exactly get to see how it would fair in theaters as it was only released in theaters in Russia and Lithuania in August where it earned over $1,59,000 on a budget of $4.45 million. Now, the Megan Fox film is available on several VOD platforms such as Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube Movies, and Google Play Movies & TV. The streaming release date for Subservience hasn’t been announced yet.
