Subservience follows the story of Nick, a struggling father as he buys a lifelike AI android named Alice to help around the house after his wife falls sick but he soon realizes that Alice is becoming self-aware and could become a danger to his family.

Subservience didn’t exactly get to see how it would fair in theaters as it was only released in theaters in Russia and Lithuania in August where it earned over $1,59,000 on a budget of $4.45 million.
