Netflix has just revealed the first trailer for the third season of its upcoming psychological thriller series ‘You’ and it looks like Penn Badgley‘s Joe Goldberg and Victoria Pedretti‘s Love Quinn are back to their murderous ways. After moving away from the city in the last season the bloody couple is now living in a “soulless suburb” and Joe has found his new obsession.

The new trailer introduces the most talked about mystery of the series since it ended on some sort of a cliffhanger in which Joe was looking through a hole between the fence to a woman who is his neighbor and in the trailer we meet her and sadly fans theories that it could be Joe’s mum is wrong because the character is played by Michaela McManus, who is not old enough to be Joe’s mother.

In the trailer, we also see the couple dynamic between Joe and Love and it is not wrong to say that they should not be together, mostly because they are both batshit crazy but the dark secrets they hold are forcing them to stay together, and it’s not gonna turn out well as you can see in the trailer.

The upcoming season will see the return of the main cast which includes Love’s mother played by Saffron Burrows, but the newcomers are more interesting and those are McManus, Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Dylan Arnold, and Tati Gabrielle.

All of the 10 episodes of Season 3 will be available to stream on Netflix on October 15. Check out the poster provided by Netflix for the upcoming season:
